I know it's childish but it is also amazing. I found online a site that lets you print off and make a paper sculpture of the My Little Pony Friendship is Magic characters. So far I have only made Rainbow Dash as that is the one in the example but I am in the process of making Flutter Shy too.

The Tastes of The Life Before
I have just found that you can take a test on etsy to come up with a list of products you may enjoy. I found the results quite interesting.

Preview of the quilt!
As I previously said I have used Amy Butler's 'Sexy hexy "love" quilt' but in my own fabrics. It is a free quilt you can print off from http://www.amybutlerdesign.com/pdfs/Sexy_Hexy_Love_Quilt.pdf. It uses 10 different fabrics in the pattern but I managed to get away with only using 8 and replacing the other 2 with left overs. I've also chosen to use a plain cream sheet for the back instead of the suggested pattern. The binding will be a plain burgundy. The hexagon printed 'nineteen' stands for my age and I am currently embroidering my name above and the date below.

Quilting!!!
For years I have been considering quilting and I have finally taken the plunge! My bedroom is a mix of Edwardian style with 60's wallpaper so as an attempt to bring the two together I am making a quilt from traditional girly prints (flowers, strawberrys and polka dots :P) in red, black, biscuit and white to match the colours of the wallpaper. I am using Amy Butler's 'Sexy Hexy "Love" Quilt' pattern but with my own choice of fabric. I have no photos at the moment but when I am more organised I will upload photos of the fabric, wallpaper and quilt as it comes together.

Morning After The Life Before
So I held my first stall at the Summer Strawberry Fair. It was really successful and I got dozens of compliments on how nice the stall looked and the items for sale. I sold mostly furniture, crockery and home ware as well as a few handmade gifts. The shabby chic style furniture was really popular as well as a cake covers and cake stands that I made out of crockery and glass I have been collecting.
Here are a few pictures of the stall. Sorry there isn't more.
